These terms apply when you use the Ustawi mobile app or this website, or buy from Ustawi Organic Farms ("Ustawi", "we", "us") through them. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account or place an order.
We try to describe and price our products accurately, but pictures are for illustration and natural products can vary. Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious error in the price or description, or if we cannot verify the payment. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you.
Prices are shown in Kenya Shillings (KES). Payment is made through M-Pesa: you confirm the payment on your own phone with your M-Pesa PIN, which we never see. Your order is treated as paid once M-Pesa confirms the payment to us. Charges from your mobile network or M-Pesa are your responsibility.
We deliver to the address you give us. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by things outside our control. Please check that your delivery details are correct; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by wrong details.
If there is a problem with your order, such as a wrong, damaged or missing item, contact us at info@ustawiorganicfarms.com or +254 794 642859 as soon as you can so we can put it right by replacing the item or refunding you. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Kenyan consumer protection law.

The app, the website and their content, including the Ustawi name and logo, belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to browse and buy from us.
We work to keep the app available and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or withdraw features, and we may update the app from time to time.
We are responsible for supplying the products you order with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law.

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. These terms continue to apply to orders you have already placed.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
